Daum EU has announced that the large Mediah update will be hitting the Western servers in tomorrow's maintenance, one month after the game's release.
This is particularly surprising as there was almost no lead up to the Mediah content dropping so quickly by Daum (short of a hint of "very Soon" in an interview with PvtWiggles during a livestream interview). Mediah is a very large expansion, increasing the world size by almost a third.
Here are some of the things you can expect to enjoy in Mediah:
- World size increased by 30%
- Over 1,000 new quests
- Kzarka - An enormous boss that can take on hundreds of players at a time
- New guild missions, including special bosses that drop formidable weapons
- Crimson Battlefield - Instanced 40v40 skirmishes that players can queue for in groups of five or solo
- New weapons and more powerful armor set
- Craftable Alchemy Stones allow players to apply Attack, Defense, or Life bonuses to their equipment
- Equipment can be enchanted to higher levels
As of the writing of this article, we till don't know if we will be seeing new classes in this update.
